Notice of Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Your health and the health of all of our clients matter to us. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Saima Malik Wellness Clinic asks that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing us with 48 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment price. If you fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged 100% of your treatment price. If you do not adhere to this policy, your on record card will be charged automatically.

You can change or cancel appointments using the 'Manage my appointment' option which you will find on your confirmation email. If you have any difficulties doing so, please email us at info@saimamalikwellnessclinic.co.uk or text 07391 035548 with your name and appointment details.

All appointments are made through our provider Fresha. A payment card will be needed to confirm and secure your appointment. Payments will only be taken upon completion of your appointment or per the cancellation policy. We are a cashless establishment.
